How do I download purchased products?

Once you purchase a product or want to download a free resource you will receive a unique link via the website to download the PDF files onto your computer. You will also receive an email where you can download your purchased product. This email link will always remain active and items can be redownloaded as many times as needed.

How long will it take to receive my products?

Straight away - you will immediately be given a link to download from the website directly after purchase. You should also receive an immediate email with another unique link to download the resource.

What can I do if I have a problem or complaint?

In short, the best way is to either email me at info@creativeprimaryliteracy.com or fill out the form below. I promise to get back to you within 24 hours but am normally much quicker and try to sort problems as soon as possible.
